The other weekend we went with some people (who can tolerate our little bugs - which is a hangout requirement) to Northwest Trek Experience.A beautiful 723-acre park, where wild-life roam, is a very nice place to spend the morning with your children.
There is a tram which takes you around some of the park so you can watch the animals in their natural habitat.
