DAY SEVEN

Vacation or not it was Sunday so we went to BYU-H's Stake Conference, in our flip-flops. We listened to Elder Lawrence of the seventy and the apostle Elder Christofferson speak. (Really great talks and who knew Christofferson was so funny?)

Then - to keep things quasi spiritual we paid our respects to the Buddhist religion.

The Princess says she likes this picture. Don't you? It's of the Byodo-in Temple. Well, a replica anyhow. The original is in Japan and is 900 years old.

When I look down from lofty mountain grandeur
And hear the brook and feel the gentle breeze,
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to thee,
How great thou art! How great thou art!

Except - well actually at the Pali lookout it was no gentle breeze it was more like a ferocious gale.
