Last, last weekend (ya’ know – not this one, but the last one) I was having fun working.
Fun working?
Uh-huh.
Fun working. You’re doing something you actually like to do, but you still have to work at it.
(I would say like motherhood – but I’m not sure that meets the fun quota.)
I got to accompany one of the top ten most genuinely kind people I’ve ever met, the lovely actress Miss Christy:
Christy talks about the show.
I got to learn secrets of the trade from my director Miss Patti:
She was UBER nice whenever she had to direct me, probably because I kept crying.
I got to work with my wow-the-guitar-player friend Stan:
Everything Stan says must be taken with a grain of salt.
They let me help them do a show!
It was Miss Christy’s da-reeem to do a show.
If you know somebody with a dream and you get to help them reach it. You kind of feel special.
It’s probably important to mention that for me to help Miss Christy a lot of people had to help me.
I have three kids ya’ know. Somebody has gotta feed ‘em.
What? You thought I dilly-dallied the day away writing blog posts?
Thus, even though the show wasn’t at all about me, my blog is, so a big mwah to everyone who helped me out.
