Today while Mr. Right wrapped presents the bugs played their own version of Risk.
There was no risk involved and The Princess was the travel agent.
Then while Mr. Right continued to wrap presents the bugs performed the 5-minute Nutcracker to an audience of two.
Laudie and I enjoyed it. Except I should have made popcorn.
The Princess was Clara (unless she was playing the Sugar Plum Fairy).
The Pirate was the Nutcracker and a snowflake.
The Pixie was everything else: the crowd, the mouse, the waves around the ship, the palace, and the percussion.
She was also the tourist who did Jazz hands and shouted “New York!!!” occasionally which may or not be an enhancement on the original production.
